Submissions may also include a non-MSMEs context.

Authors must declare that the paper is not published, under consideration, or accepted for publication elsewhere. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process.

First Page: Title, Track, Abstract (250-300 words), and Keywords
Prepare and submit an extended abstract (2000-2500 words, excluding references, tables, and figures) in Microsoft Word. Submissions exceeding 2500 words will not be reviewed. Include a 300-word abstract on the first page that outlines the importance, methodology, conclusion, and implications of your research. Up to four keywords can be provided. The first page must contain the title, abstract, and keywords. Paper content begins on the second page, with the last page reserved for references. Copyrighted material should be identified, and explicit permission for reproduction must be submitted separately to the Doctoral Colloquium email. No changes to the title, abstract, or authorship are allowed after submission.

Doctoral Colloquium Competition Track for Best Paper Award:
Only participants who submit an extended abstract are eligible for the Doctoral Colloquium competition track. Eligibility does not guarantee entry into the competition track. The decision of the best paper award rests solely with IIM Amritsar.Round Table Workshop for Paper Development:
Only extended abstracts are eligible for the workshop. Papers qualified for the doctoral colloquium competition track are directly qualified for the workshop. Details are as follows:
A ‘Round Table Workshop for Paper Development’ is a collaborative event designed especially for doctoral participants to help them refine and advance their scholarly papers for publication in top-tier journals. Here’s a general outline of what such a workshop might involve:
Remove the author-identifying information from the document’s file properties. This can be done in Word by using/clicking on the “Properties” feature (use Word’s Help resource for further details on how to use it). To ensure a blind review, authors must avoid revealing their identities in the body or reference section of the paper. Further, do not include a front page with author-identifying information. At the time of submission via EasyChair, the submitter will be asked to provide complete contact information for all authors, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

Dr. Arun K. Kaushik is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar, where he serves as the Chairperson of the Doctoral Program Committee and the Chairperson of the Marketing and Communication Area. He earned his doctorate at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, where he focused on consumer innovativeness and self-service technologies. He holds two master’s degrees in Marketing Management and has completed the Global Colloquium on Participative Learning program at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA. With over twelve years of experience in academia, research, and the corporate sector, he has developed, proposed, and taught various marketing core and elective courses, including Sales and Distribution Management, Product and Brand Management, Marketing Analytics, and Advanced Marketing Research.
His primary research interests include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Service Innovation, Innovation Adoption, and Destination Branding. He has published numerous research papers and a case study in esteemed indexed journals, such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, Journal of Vacation Marketing, Journal of International Consumer Marketing and many more. Additionally, he has authored a Marketing Research textbook with McGraw Hill Publications and another on Sales and Distribution Management with Wiley Publications with renowned academicians like Prof. J.F. Hair, Prof. R.E. Anderson, Prof. B. Babin, Prof. R. Mehta and Prof. Z. Rahman. He has participated in various conferences and chairing sessions at notable events such as the PAN World Management Conference and the PAN IIT Conference. He is also an active reviewer for several prestigious journals, including the European Journal of Marketing, Tourism Management, and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
