All submissions have to be made using this template

All submissions should be made electronically via EasyChair. While submitting the paper, authors must declare that the paper has not been published, under consideration for publication, or accepted for publication anywhere. It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted papers register for, and present the paper at, the conference. All papers will be reviewed following a double-blind peer review process.

Submission: Submit either an Extended Abstract OR an Abstract. A single individual can at most send two submissions.

Prepare and submit extended abstract of around 2000 to 2500 words in Microsoft Word (excluding references, tables, figures). Please note that submissions with text longer than 2500 words will not be reviewed. In addition, the document should include a short abstract (around 300 words) that should be able to clearly and concisely communicate the key value of your paper on the first page. It should address the importance of the research, the method utilised, conclusion/key contributions and implications for theory and practice. You can provide up to four keywords.

The first page should contain the paper title, track, abstract (300 words), and up to four keywords. The paper content will start from the second page; and the last page should include reference list. Copyrighted materials, including those taken from any website, should be identified, and the copyright holder’s explicit permission to reproduce it must be submitted separately on ICMM email. No changes will be allowed in the paper title, abstract, and authorship after the submission.

Abstract Alternate to submitting an extended abstract, you can submit only the abstract of around 300 words. You can add up to four keywords. If you are submitting only the abstract, follow below pattern.

Competition Track for the Best Paper Award:

Only those participants who have submitted Extended Abstract are eligible for competition track. Mere eligibility does not qualify to get an entry in competition track. IIM Amritsar is the final authority for the best paper award decision.

Removal of Author Identity

Remove the author identifying information from the document’s file properties. In Word, this can be done by using/clicking on the “Properties” feature (use Word’s Help resource for further details on how to use it). To assure a blind review, authors must avoid revealing their identities in the body or reference section of the paper. Further, do not include a front-page with author-identifying information. At the time of submission via EasyChair, the submitter will be asked to provide complete contact information for all authors including name, mailing address, phone number, and email. Formatting Instructions

Use 12-point Times New Roman font single-spaced. References should be entered onto a separate page and must follow American Psychological Association (APA) referencing style. Follow the APA guidelines for figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references.

Online Proceedings

The short abstract of the selected paper will be used for preparing the online proceeding. The extended abstract will not be published in the proceedings, so the authors can submit the same to a journal for publication after the conference.
